As a partner, you play an integral role in keeping our shared customers protected, whether you're part of the Technical Alliances (TA), Channel, or Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem. Standard Operating Procedure for Deal Registration

Deal Registration Portal

All referrals should be submitted for Deal Registration at the following portal:

Information Required for Registration

We ask for a limited amount of information on you (who is submitting the application), as well as your customer (the “prospect”). Additionally, we ask that you mark the expected close date and expected revenue to the best of your ability. If you have knowledge of the prospect’s budget, you can put that in the Expected Revenue field.

The “Additional Notes” section is optional. However, we strongly recommend you add the following details to streamline and accelerate the process:

  • The number of domains to be protected

  • Current DMARC solution, if applicable

  • Other solutions being evaluated

  • Dates available to meet with the prospect

  • Any other information you deem relevant

Terms and Conditions

Deals will be approved provided: the prospect is a new customer to Valimail; the prospect is not already in the pipeline or registered by another partner; and you schedule a joint customer meeting within 30 days of submission.

Provided Deal Registration is approved, your deal will be protected for 90 days from the date of approval. While in an approved state, your customer is eligible for the special discount offered to referrals.

RFP/RFQs

We would like to work with you on responses to RFP/RFQs. These should also be registered, for tracking purposes, but we understand that the close date and revenue will be uncertain. If you ever have questions, you can reach the team at [email protected].
